1. As usual the picture was taken from a larger picture, shrunk down, and fit into 100x100 frame. It was then set to overlay.
2. Underneath the base picture was set a misty background layer:

3. On top of the overlayed layer was set a gray white gradient layer. The opacity is set to 27%
4. Above the gradient layer another overlayed layer of the base was set to look something like this: 
5. On another layer set to multiply, using the color #D5D9D8, color the points not focused on like the background.
6. Another layer should be added on top of the rest, set to hue, at 63% opacity. The Simple blue white gradient is used:
7. A 1px border of #73B6D6 is used in all the pictures shown. The font is Georgia, mostly #D5D9D8, in different sizes. The text layers are set between the multiply and second overlay layers. In some a drop shadow had to be added to the text for it to stand out.
